Our versatile venue offers a range of spaces and the expertise to plan and deliver a host of different events. From intimate long table dinners to celebrate a special birthday, a cocktail party to toast an engagement, corporate functions, workshops, launch events and sundowners – we plan carefully and execute flawlessly.

Featuring a large bar, dining area, courtyard and private lounge room - all with our signature vintage styling - we can accommodate up to 120 people for a cocktail function or 68 people for a delicious sit down feast. We offer long table extravaganzas, canapés and food stations – or choose any combination of the three to design a truly unique experience.

Catering

We will work with you to design a tailored, flexible menu that ranges from light canapes to decadent feasts suiting all tastes, dietary requirements, budgets and desires. All catering is made from scratch using seasonal produce, so you can be assured that it is fresh and delicious.

Menu Options

  • Long Table

    A long table dinner at Guildhall is both intimate and relaxed, whilst still being decadent and luxurious. A table piled high with share plates inspired by the flavours of the Mediterranean. Think Local stracciatella, Moroccan lamb with tomato jam and fried almonds, mussel escabeche, and roasted pork belly with quince sauce.

  • Cocktail

    Not your typical cocktail function, our canapés are a roving feast of up to six courses. We start with something light and local, like octopus Gilda or Esperance scallops and then move into a more substantial dish such as paella or a hearty tagine, depending on the season. We follow this with something sweet and round out with a late-night snack.

  • Food Stations

    Our Food Stations allow you to mix and mingle with your guests, comfortable that everyone is well looked after. Start with an impressive grazing table, or enjoy a cheese or dessert station in the evening and round out the night with a table full of delicious late-night snacks such as croque monsieur.
