Celebrate with a cocktail party for up to 120 or a sit down feast for up to 68. Full service catering is provided.

Catering

We will work with you to design a tailored, flexible menu that ranges from light canapes to decadent feasts suiting all tastes, dietary requirements, budgets and desires. All catering is made from scratch using seasonal produce, so you can be assured that it is fresh and delicious. And don’t worry, cakeage is included.

Beverages

Enjoy our full service bar stocked with a carefully curated, hand-picked selection of beverages from fine Australian wines, craft tap and bottled beers and ciders to premium cocktail and spirits. Choose from a beverage package or consumption options.

Event Planning and Supplier Management

Our experienced event team will take care of every detail, providing comprehensive event consultation in the lead up to and throughout your big day. To ensure seamless execution, we allow suppliers access to the venue for the entire day and manage the process meticulously to ensure the venue looks just as you imagined.

Event Staff

Our experienced bar and wait staff will take care of the venue set up, pack down and cleaning, so you can relax and enjoy the celebrations.

Furniture

Guildhall is renowned for its artfully curated furniture and original artwork, creating a stylish, classic and versatile backdrop for you wedding.

Equipment

We include an AV system and cordless microphone for your day. Also included is crockery, cutlery and glassware.

Menu Options

  • Long Table

    A long table dinner at Guildhall is both intimate and relaxed, whilst still being decadent and luxurious. A table piled high with share plates inspired by the flavours of the Mediterranean. Think Local stracciatella, Moroccan lamb with tomato jam and fried almonds, mussel escabeche, and roasted pork belly with quince sauce.

  • Cocktail

    Not your typical cocktail function, our canapés are a roving feast of up to six courses. We start with something light and local, like octopus Gilda or Esperance scallops and then move into a more substantial dish such as paella or a hearty tagine, depending on the season. We follow this with something sweet and round out with a late-night snack.

  • Food Stations

    Our Food Stations allow you to mix and mingle with your guests, comfortable that everyone is well looked after. Start with an impressive grazing table, or enjoy a cheese or dessert station in the evening and round out the night with a table full of delicious late-night snacks such as croque monsieur.
